Brief

Leading the redesign of both the brand and UI/UX for the ChooseEnergy website within a tight one-month deadline was a challenging and exhilarating project. As the new lead designer, I revamped the UI/UX for the SEO and Cart experience while updating the outdated branding. This included designing a fresh, modern logo that conveyed clean energy and ease of use, and auditing and streamlining over 300 SEO templates. Close collaboration with developers ensured a smooth transition into production, resulting in a successful launch of the revamped ChooseEnergy website.

Plan Selection & Checkout Redesign

To align with Red Ventures’ tech stack, I led a complete overhaul of the cart and checkout process. As part of the upgraded MVP, I redesigned the cart interface with enhanced features like sorting, filtering, and recommended offers. I also created a streamlined enrollment form for follow-up verification by our energy consultant team via phone. The cart experience was reimagined for mobile, optimizing the interface to fully leverage mobile screens for an intuitive user experience. This resulted in a more efficient and user-friendly checkout process, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction.
