At LendingTree, perfecting our lending forms for optimal user experience is a top priority. As a senior UI/UX designer, I collaborated extensively with analysts and loan stakeholders to achieve this. My focus was on creating innovative forms that addressed user pain points in a process that, due to compliance, tends to be lengthy.
