Movers search landing page

The movers portal operated as a separate entity from the rest of the GoodCall website, warranting a streamlined UI design for effective user testing. The search bar was meticulously crafted to encompass all the essential information needed to obtain a moving quote from a wide array of our vendors. Concurrently, we embarked on an experimental journey to update the GoodCall brand.

Moving quote options

Upon user initiation of their search, we seamlessly populated a comprehensive list of relevant mover quotes in an easily readable and expandable index format. I strategically designed the search bar to seamlessly integrate with the results page, ensuring effortless updating and incorporating basic filtering options for the four distinct types of moving service vendors. To enhance user experience, the quotes themselves featured inline expanding elements, enabling users to access vital vendor information without navigating away from the page.

Booking confirmation

The final stage of the user flow that I designed encompassed the information form and book now page. This crafted page aimed to capture all the necessary details, which would then be channeled to our moving vendors for seamless follow-up with the users.

PIVOT!

As I neared the completion of the MVP design, the team received the news that the project had been acquired and migrated to another platform. This forced me to reskin the entire project and smoothly transition it to the new engineering team. It was a tight deadline, but we rallied together to ensure a successful handoff.
